SYNOPSIS
In a harsh urban environment, a brother and sister share similar ambitions – each dreams of having a business of their own. Teresa (Nicki Micheaux) dedicates her efforts into running a floral design shop. Meanwhile her brother, Solomon (Roger Guenveur Smith) resorts to underhanded methods to open a music store. When he doesn’t pay, it’s his sister who ends up suffering a crippling accident unaware of her brother’s involvement. Confined to a wheelchair, Theresa reacts to her physical challenges by breaking up with her devoted girlfriend Rachel (Nian Aster).

This film follows Solomon’s guilt ridden, downward spiral of self-grasping and misery, while Teresa develops a renewed commitment to her faith and experiences a profound spiritual awakening. Once the truth behind the accident is revealed, the siblings must come to terms and make amends
